With over 17 years behind the chair, Erin has become known for dimensional color, hair extensions, modern bobs, and creating hair that feels elevated without feeling overdone.
But more than technique, Erin is recognized for the environment she creates.
After years in fast-paced salon spaces, she found herself drawn to a different kind of experience — one rooted in presence, honesty, professionalism, and emotional ease. Rooted Beauty Society was created as a response to that vision: a space where women can exhale, feel heard, and receive high-level services without the chaos, pressure, or performative energy often associated with the beauty industry.
